This is regarding copy/print quality encountered on your printer. Please see below instruction:
Kindly wipe/clean the smaller glass ( adjacent to the flatbed glass). Make sure that the glass is very clear and without any dirt (You may use alcohol or glass cleaner).
If lines still occurs after thorough cleaning, please let us know.
